Trevor McClain-Duer is a Senior Manager with Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA). Trevor has over 10 years of experience in business valuation, private equity, venture capital, real estate, investment management, and financial advisory services.
Trevor’s valuation expertise includes sale and/or purchase of interests in closely held entities, fair value analysis, pre- and post- closing due diligence, M&A transactions, corporate divestitures, shareholder/partner disputes, marital dissolutions, estate and gift transfers, and litigation related matters. He has also developed and implemented valuation policies and procedures for private equity and venture capital funds. His valuations cover many industries including manufacturing, waste management, healthcare, investment partnerships, real estate, biotech, and technology.
Prior to joining CCA, Trevor provided investment management and valuation services to a family wealth management office with over $1B in assets under management. He was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 40 fund-of-fund and direct real estate, private equity, and venture capital investments. He also performed pre- and post-close due diligence and mark-to-market valuations for the firm and worked on underwriting and transaction structuring as part of the deal team.
Additional experience includes auditing private equity and venture capital firms while providing financial advisory services for a Big 4 accounting firm.
