Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA) is a financial operations consulting firm with offices in Chicago, IL and Bloomfield Hills, MI. Our webinars are designed to provide professionals with detailed information in a 30 minute time period. Our 25 years of dedicated service to private equity funds, nonprofit organizations, attorneys, public companies and private firms allow us to provide unique perspectives to our webinar participants.
Each webinar is hosted by a senior team member with extensive professional experience. Many have obtained advanced degrees in law, business, and/or taxation. Additionally, their professional experience includes service as SEC compliance officers, FBI Special Agents, Professional Engineers, and adjunct faculty members at nationally-recognized colleges and universities. It is this combination of professional and academic expertise that permitted CCA to author books published by renowned business and education publisher John Wiley & Sons on enterprise risk management (Enterprise Risk Management and COSO: A Guide for Directors, Executives, and Practitioners), private equity (Private Equity: History, Governance, and Operations), and fraud deterrence (The Handbook of Fraud Deterrence) in addition to numerous journal publications focused on operational improvements, tax planning, and corporate governance.
We currently offer webinars that discuss implementing enterprise risk management policies, back office operations for private equity funds, and appropriate internal controls in fast growing firms. The Materials are protected by applicable United States and foreign laws, including Title 17 of the United States Code.
