CCA's team members have extensive academic and professional experience with respect to business valuations. Members of our team teach business valuation courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in national universities and colleges. They hold advanced academic degrees, including PhDs in business. CCA is a member in the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and our valuation professionals have earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation. The CVA designation is available only to licensed CPAs who have completed the training and experience certification process, and additionally maintain an annual level of continuing education. Our valuation professionals also hold the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's (AICPA) Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential.
