Andrea Gonzalez is a Senior Manager of Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA). Andrea has provided advisory and consulting services, including litigation consulting, valuation and financial advisory services to law firms, corporations, and individuals.
Over the course of her career, Andrea has assisted clients involved in commercial disputes related to issues such as intellectual property, breach of contract, and fraud or embezzlement. She has advised numerous clients on intellectual property matters, including issues involving patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade secrets, false advertising and unfair competition. Additionally, she has assisted companies in the resolution of merger and acquisition purchase price disputes, including calculating working capital adjustments, negotiating with adverse parties, and aiding clients with formulating and presenting cases in arbitration. Andrea has auditing and financial reporting experience with financial statement audits and reviews of SEC registrants as well as privately-held companies.
Prior to joining CCA, Andrea served as a forensic accountant in the FBI's Chicago division, and was responsible for managing complex financial fraud investigations with a focus on white collar crime, criminal enterprise and public corruption. In this capacity, she performed interviews of various victims, collected evidence and prepared analyses highlighting sources and uses of cash from and between various financial institutions. Her methodologies have been employed by the public sector as well as multi-billion dollar organizations in detecting fraud.
Andrea holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, and has performed postgraduate studies at both Northwestern University and Truman College. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois.
