Adam Wadecki
Manager
Adam Wadecki is a Manager with Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA). Adam specializes in operational analyses, business valuations, litigation and quantitative risk management modeling. He has extensive academic and professional experience in lean manufacturing tenets and the Six Sigma methodology. Adam has helped numerous Fortune 500 companies assess, improve, and monitor the operations of their production facilities. In conjunction with the CCA team, he has provided business valuations that have served as the basis of legal cases of publicly-traded and privately-held firms. Adam has also worked with the CCA team
to provide quality of earnings analyses of potential portfolio companies for private equity funds, forensic accounting analyses of documents for legal cases, and business valuations
of startup firms.
In addition to his professional experiences, Adam is active in academia. His research focuses on the impact of personal networks on venture capital financing and fund-level returns. He has presented results of his research at invited presentations for national societies, and is coauthor of Private Equity: History, Governance, and Operations, a textbook for practitioners and academics published by John Wiley & Sons. Adam has also authored articles on supply chain management, operational assessments, quantitative risk management, and fraud deterrence.
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research, and graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Mechanical and Industrial and Operations Engineering, all from the University of Michigan. Adam has served as an instructor at the University of Michigan for courses in venture capital finance, private equity, business valuation, and process assessment and improvement.
